Aged Care

Greater Monash GP Network (GMGPN - formerly Greater South East Division of General Practice GSEDGP) has had a long standing Aged Care Program for more than 7 years.

During this time GMGPN has liaised extensively with local Aged Care Facilities (ACFs) and GPs with an interest in Aged Care. Consequently, GMGPN has established good and close working relationships with local ACFs and GPs actively working in this field.
